We're Back!....for now.

So it has been almost a month since I last posted...wow. Sorry about that. Josiah and I took a trip to my parents', then to see one of my friends from high school. The poor kid is having a hard enough time just growing, so me throwing a big trip with lots of people and newness wasn't the kindest thing a mother could do I suppose. He handled it well. What a little trooper, I'll tell you what. After the wedding we headed back to my parents' house, where we stayed a couple days and went to my cousins bridal shower. That was June 11th. My mom came back home with me for another week, then we all (now including Joe) headed back to my parents'. We attended my cousins wedding on the 21st. We stayed for a few days to visit with my cousin Chris from Texas (her sister/my cousin was the one that got married). We got back home again on Wednesday, the 25th. Joe got a few more of his extended work days in before official summer vacation and then we headed into the big city for yet another wedding. Joe's brother's wife's sister got married. Yes...as my sister in law Jenn put it...wow that is far out there. Hehe. Got a bit of a chuckle out of that. Joe's brother James' wife Heather is awesome and has an incredibly endearing, inviting, warm, generous family. We have gotten to know them through a few fun event. They invited us on a wine tour in May. Wonderful time we had. Josiah got to join us last minute and ended up being just a joy for everyone. SOOOO, with all that said. We say congratulations to all who got married...to the ones we attended and the ones we did not. Wedding season is always fun. Marriage is such a beautiful, God created thing. I cannot imagine life without my constant companion. We are leaving again in two days to go to the Oregon coast with Joe's two older brothers and their families. We will be back around July 8th and hopefully will have a few weeks to chill (or roast in 100 degree heat with our hard-working-without-entire-success AC). Now that I feel as though I have properly made an excuse for my cyber absense, I will publish this post and sort through some pictures to put up for you all.
